We use Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) as our third-party payment processor for all transactions made on our platform. By making any purchase through our website or services, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern the processing of payments and related financial matters. We do not store any credit card or payment information directly. Stripe processes all payments in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring a high level of security for your financial data. By using our services, you agree that we are not responsible or liable for any issues, delays, chargebacks, or errors related to the payment process. All disputes or concerns regarding payment processing should be directed to Stripe.

Refunds

Any refunds related to purchases made through our platform will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, but payment refunds are facilitated by Stripe. Please allow for processing times as determined by Stripe once a refund has been approved.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Recovery Blueprints
At Hooper’s Beta, we offer refunds for Recovery Blueprints under limited circumstances to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our digital products and services. Please read the following carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • A full refund will be issued if you are unable to attest that you are physically cleared to participate in the program. Your eligibility to proceed with this program is contingent upon passing the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire plus (PAR-Q+), which is designed to identify potential health risks associated with physical activity.     • If, after purchasing, you are deemed unfit or unable to begin the program due to medical reasons, contact us at info@hoopersbeta.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include details about your inability to start the program and relevant documentation, such as a letter from a healthcare provider. Once reviewed and approved, we will process a full refund.

  2. Non-Refundable Products

    • As our products are digital in nature, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This policy applies to all courses, programs, and digital services provided by Hooper’s Beta. By purchasing and accessing these products, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right to a refund once the product has been accessed or delivered.

  3. Extreme Circumstances

    • We understand that unforeseen events can occur. In extreme cases (such as a medical emergency or other significant life event that prevents you from accessing or completing the program), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation qualifies, please email us at refund@hoopersbeta.com with the details of your circumstances. While we cannot guarantee a refund in these cases, we will make every effort to be reasonable in our decision-making process.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    • If you are subscribed to our monthly program you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees, unless you meet the specific refund criteria outlined above (e.g., medical reasons preventing participation). After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the program until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your access will be terminated.

  5. How to Request a Refund

    • To request a refund, please contact us at info@hoopersbeta.com within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method.
