Pain-free climbing is a click away.
Personalized rehab from a doctor of physical therapy who understands climbing injuries.
“I’m as passionate about rock climbing as I am about creating tailored rehab programs that can help every individual return to the sport stronger than ever.
In the clinical setting, I’ve spent the last decade treating athletes from all backgrounds. This diverse experience is backed by dual advanced specializations in sports and orthopedics, a rare combination in the physical therapy field.”

In-person appointments are held at my office at The Wall Climbing Gym. Initial appointments can be scheduled for either 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the number of body parts involved or the complexity of your case.
My goal is to provide you with a comprehensive, start-to-finish plan. There are two ways we can accomplish this:
Standard rehab plan: a complete recovery program, meticulously curated with loads of information and answers to all your questions via google sheets or documents.
Enhanced rehab plan: all the benefits of a standard rehab plan, but all of your exercises/training/treatment is housed in slick mobile app for ultimate convenience for your rehab journey. The app will guide you through sets, reps, frequency, and timing along with video demonstrations. It'll even track your progress for you!
Whichever route we take, I aim to equip you with everything you need in just one session.
This commitment to thorough care is why my appointments may be more expensive than some others. However, when considering the value of receiving complete and effective treatment in a single visit, it is truly a worthwhile investment.

Ultrasound imaging is a valuable tool for assessing finger injuries in rock climbers. I currently offer ultrasound services for hands and fingers.
It is often a standard part of your evaluation if it is determined to be appropriate in fully evaluating your issue.

Identify what's holding you back with a detailed strength assessment, then receive tailored training recommendations based on our findings.
Strength assessments can be performed on any body part, and can be a part of a standard appointment based on our findings.

With an extensive background in climbing, training, and physical therapy, I specialize in creating tailored training programs for climbers. These programs are especially beneficial for climbers recovering from injuries and seeking to strengthen their bodies for future training.
This dedicated program includes periodic meet-ups to fine-tune your regimen according to your evolving needs.

While I’m passionate about treating climbing-related injuries, my expertise doesn’t stop there. I have over a decade of experience with all sorts of orthopedic conditions – from post-op knees to finicky shoulders and everything in between. Additionally, I am dual certified as a sports and orthopedic clinical specialist, which further underscores my proficiency in this field.
I treat it all – shoulders, necks, backs, hips, knees, and ankles! The same dedication I've put into mastering climbing injuries goes into every treatment session.
So, even if your issue isn't climbing-related but you need a specialist who genuinely cares, schedule an appointment today! I'd love to get you back on track and feeling great. -

While I understand the importance of insurance for many individuals, my choice to operate outside the traditional insurance model allows me to provide a higher quality of personalized care.
By not accepting insurance, I can dedicate more time and resources to each patient, ensuring that treatments are tailored specifically to their needs without the constraints and limitations often imposed by insurance companies.
This approach enables me to focus on delivering comprehensive and effective care, ultimately leading to better outcomes for my patients.
I also create the best possible rehab plan I can which often provides individuals all the tools they need in just one session!
