Why Are My Finger Joints Swollen and What Can I Do About It?
Hooper's Beta Ep. 12
Note:
This is one of our early videos, before we started writing in-depth show notes to accompany each one. As we get this website dialed in we’ll be adding references to research for videos like this that don’t yet have any.
Description:
In this episode we address a user supported question (and one that pops up a lot in the gym) about some of the main reasons we may have pain and/or swelling at the PIP (proximal interphalangeal) and DIP (distal interphalangeal) joints of our fingers and what we can do about it.
