Climbing Analysis of Incredible Limestone Roof in Arizona | Anatomy of the Climb

Hooper’s Beta Ep. 63

Anatomy of the Climb Ep. 1

Intro

Welcome to the new series! We are both really excited about this new addition to the channel!

We will be taking awesome climbs of ourselves, our friends, and maybe even of you loyal followers, and dissecting these climbs looking at “The Anatomy of the Climb”! Basically, Emile and I will share our perspectives about the climb. Emile will share his perspective on the technique and movement, while I will be commenting on the human anatomy, the forces, muscle groups, etc.

We will add in training tips and give you specific muscle groups that need to be worked in these videos as well!

Being that this is a brand new format for us 1) Bear with us! We have already taken notes on what we want to improve and how we will make it even better in the future, and 2) Comment! Honestly, we want to know what you guys think! Do you like this style? What would make it more interesting? Do you want to see Emile or should it be Indiana Maveric Jones every time! (Kidding, but maybe not, sorry Emile).

Additional Notes?

There will be more notes to come! Emile and I are getting ready for an awesome climbing trip and I wasn’t sure exactly what we would want from this series, so I didn’t have time to get all my thoughts organized, but check back in as I will update this in the next few days with more notes!
